The overall rate uses summed counts across valid periods, rather than averaging the period percentages. The threshold is recorded as context and is not inferred or changed by this tool.

How is the overall rate calculated?
It uses (total abandoned − total short abandoned) ÷ (total offered − total short abandoned) × 100 when the adjusted denominator is positive.
