A non-empty list takes priority over the two number fields.

A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How to use this tool

  1. Enter two numbers or paste a list of values.
  2. Choose Calculate sum.
  3. Review the exact total and supporting statistics, then copy the summary if needed.

Two values or a list

A non-empty list takes priority and accepts commas, whitespace, and line breaks. If the list is empty, the two number fields are used.

Exact decimal results

The browser adds decimal strings as scaled integers, so values such as 0.1 and 0.2 produce 0.3 without floating point display noise.

Useful checks

The same accepted values produce the total, count, average, minimum, maximum, range, and a breakdown of the input.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions

Can I add more than two numbers?

Yes. Paste a list separated by commas, spaces, or line breaks.

Are decimals and negative values supported?

Yes. Signed integers and decimals are accepted, including mixed positive and negative values.

What happens with an invalid list item?

The calculation stops and identifies the invalid item instead of silently ignoring it.

Does the calculation leave my browser?

No. Parsing and arithmetic happen locally in the browser.
