Names use NFC normalization. Common forbidden characters become underscores; trailing dots/spaces are removed; Windows reserved names receive an underscore prefix. Names are capped at 180 UTF-8 bytes. Collisions with batch originals or proposals are compared without case and receive numbered suffixes. Check the list and your target folder before renaming; existing external files and all filesystem rules are not checked.
A QUICK WALKTHROUGH
How to use this tool
- Select audio filenames or enter one name per line.
- Prepare rows and edit metadata and the filename pattern.
- Generate and review the proposal list before applying names separately.
