Binary, Decimal & Hex Converter

Convert strict integers among binary, octal, decimal and hexadecimal using BigInt to preserve precision.

In-browser processingNo account requiredPrivacy details ↗

Binary accepts 0–1, octal 0–7, decimal 0–9 and hexadecimal 0–9/A–F (either letter case). Leading and trailing whitespace is ignored. Prefixes such as 0b, 0o and 0x are not accepted. Results omit leading zeros; hexadecimal uses uppercase.

BigInt keeps the integer exact within the input limit; no floating-point conversion is used. Negative results use a minus sign with the magnitude in each base, not a fixed-width two’s-complement bit pattern. Fractions are not supported. Processing stays in your browser.

Enter at most 4,096 digits, excluding the optional sign.

A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How to use this tool

  1. Choose the input base.
  2. Enter an integer using only its digits and an optional leading sign.
  3. Convert to see exact results in all four bases.
