Business Days Calculator
Choose a date range, decide whether to include each boundary, select weekend days, and list the holidays to exclude.
Enter ISO dates (YYYY-MM-DD), separated by spaces, commas, or new lines. The list stays in this browser.
Both boundaries are included by default. Add only the holiday dates that apply to your schedule.

A QUICK WALKTHROUGH
How to use this tool
- Enter a start date and an end date.
- Choose whether each boundary counts, select the weekend pattern, and enter any holiday dates as YYYY-MM-DD.
- Review the calendar, weekend, holiday, and business-day counts. No country holiday calendar is assumed.
Explicit counting rules
Each included calendar date is counted once. Weekend dates are classified first; a listed holiday on a weekend is not counted again as an excluded holiday. Holidays are subtracted only when they fall on a remaining working day.
Choose the schedule that applies
Select Saturday/Sunday, Friday/Saturday, Saturday-only, or Sunday-only weekends. Add exact holiday dates yourself; national holidays are not inferred because they depend on location and employer.
Date-only local calculation
Dates are treated as calendar dates in UTC arithmetic, so local time zones and daylight-saving changes do not add or remove days. The calculation runs in your browser and does not upload or save the inputs.
GOOD TO KNOW

Both are included by default. Clear either checkbox to exclude that boundary.
Can I choose a Friday/Saturday weekend?

Are public holidays added automatically?
No. Enter the exact YYYY-MM-DD dates you want to exclude. Holiday calendars differ by country, region, and employer.
