Chemical Storage Calculator

Calculate container capacity, signed spare volume and utilization, with an optional user-defined expiry date.

In-browser processingNo account requiredPrivacy details ↗

Capacity = container L × count. Spare = capacity − current volume. Utilization = current ÷ capacity × 100, undefined at zero capacity. Optional expiry adds user months to the date and clamps its day to the target month’s last day.

Container size must be positive; count and shelf months are nonnegative safe integers written as digits. Current volume may be zero. Supply both optional fields or neither. Dates and expiry years must be 0001–9999. No shelf life, safety limit or storage advice is assigned automatically; dates use calendar arithmetic, not local timezone inference.

A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How to use this tool

  1. Enter capacity inputs and optionally a user date plus shelf-life months.
  2. Calculate the result.
  3. Copy the report or download it as TXT.
