Method and limits
Site preference presets are 1:16 for pour-over, 1:15 for French press and 1:8 for cold brew. These are editable recipe assumptions, not best or authoritative ratios. Water is treated as 1 g/mL. This calculates water added, not final drink yield; absorption, evaporation, dilution, grind, temperature and time are not modeled. Enter 1–100 whole servings, 10–2,000 mL per serving or 10–200,000 mL total water, and a ratio from 1 to 100. Results use two decimal places.
