A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How to use this tool

  1. Paste CSV with one header row.
  2. Choose parsing and array formatting options, then generate blocks.
  3. Review row warnings and copy one block or download the combined Markdown.

Typed YAML values

Exact true and false values become booleans. Plain finite decimal numbers without unsafe leading zeros become numbers. Dates, empty cells, null-like text, and other values remain quoted strings. A cell with two or more non-empty comma-separated parts becomes an array.

CSV parsing and row shape

The parser supports comma, semicolon, or tab delimiters, double or single quote characters, doubled quote escapes, and quoted line breaks. Extra cells are dropped and missing cells become empty strings, with affected rows reported.

Safe, bounded output

Keys and strings are YAML double-quoted when needed. Generated content is shown as text and never interpreted as markup. Input is limited to 200,000 characters, 1,000 data rows, 100 columns, 50,000 cells, and 2 MiB of output.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions

Does it write Markdown body content?

No. Each result contains only one YAML frontmatter block. Add body content separately.

Does it create one file per row?

No. The download is one combined Markdown file with blocks in source order; individual blocks can be copied from the results.
