Cycling Split Planner Calculator
Enter a total distance, target duration, and segment count to create an even-distance, even-time cycling plan. It does not model route conditions or power.
A QUICK WALKTHROUGH
How to use this tool
- Enter total distance in kilometers and target total time in minutes.
- Choose a whole number of segments.
- Review each segment distance, time, cumulative totals, and average speed.
Even splits with explicit units
Distance is entered in kilometers and time in minutes. The calculator divides both totals evenly by the selected whole segment count and reports each segment and cumulative values.
Not a route or effort model
Average speed is total distance divided by total duration. The tool does not model elevation, stops, wind, surface, gearing, power, or changes in effort. Use it as a simple pacing plan.
Local processing and limits
Inputs stay in your browser and are not uploaded. Distance and time must be greater than 0 and at most 1,000,000; segment count must be a whole number from 1 to 1,000.
