How to use this tool

Scope and limits
Choose comma, tab or semicolon. Quotes must surround the entire field; doubled quotes escape quotes, including multiline fields. LF/CRLF/CR and a leading BOM are accepted. First-record header is optional; mismatched row widths are rejected. Trimmed empty values are empty (including quoted empty); NULL is text. Priority: empty, case-insensitive true/false, signed integer without leading zeros, finite decimal/exponent, valid YYYY-MM-DD calendar date, then text. Non-empty types stay distinct; tied dominant types use this priority. This heuristic is not an import engine or schema guarantee.
