Every record is checked. Pass means only the supplied criteria are satisfied; unknown is not a pass. No certified selection or regional code lookup.
Catalogue and scenario sources, editions and units are required. Numbers must be decimal strings; no implicit capacities, limits or derating.
Limits: 200,000 characters per JSON input; 1,000 catalogue records; 100 scenarios; 64 conditions per item; 100 custom criteria per scenario; 5,000 record–scenario pairs; 200,000 estimated criterion checks; 4,000,000 report characters. Exceeding a limit rejects the evaluation without truncation.

Geometry and flow
Area is πd²/4 or width × height; hydraulic diameter is d or 2wh/(w+h); velocity is flow/area. π is an approximation.
Ratings and conditions
Friction and sound ratings require matching flow. Missing ratings, limits or conditions remain unknown. No guessed friction factor, acoustic prediction or standard presets.
Evaluation limits
