A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How to use this tool

  1. Choose a text template and fill the optional fields used by its placeholders.
  2. Edit the subject and message so they match your context and recipient.
  3. Optionally build a local HTML email from a welcome, announcement, or newsletter layout, then preview, copy, or download it.
  4. Review names, dates, links, tone, and attachments before sending from another mail app.

A local field-based generator

The generator includes four original starter drafts: welcome, follow-up, meeting request, and status update. User-supplied fields are inserted locally into editable text; no AI, upload, message sending, or recipient contact is used.

Optional local HTML builder

The panel also builds a welcome, announcement, or newsletter email from your brand, headline, message, button, footer, and accent color. It previews the result in a sandboxed frame and lets you copy or download HTML locally; only safe HTTPS button URLs become links. Inputs are bounded and generated output is limited to 20,000 characters and 40 HTML tags.

Review before use

These are writing starting points, not legal advice, policy language, or a delivery guarantee. Check facts, consent, privacy, links, dates, attachments, and your organization’s requirements before sending from another mail app.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions

Does this send an email?

No. It only edits, copies, and downloads a local draft. Use your own email client to review and send it.

Can I save templates here?

The current library is intentionally local and session-based. Copy or download a draft if you want to keep your edits.

Can I build an HTML email here?

Yes. Use the optional local panel to choose a layout, fill its fields, preview the HTML, and copy or download it. It does not send email; only safe HTTPS button URLs become links.

Are these templates legal or compliance approved?

No. They are general writing starters and do not provide legal, HR, marketing compliance, or delivery advice.
