Embed Code Generator

Prepare an iframe snippet without loading the destination. Convert standard YouTube and numeric Vimeo video links, or use a direct embed URL.

In-browser processingNo account requiredPrivacy details ↗

This tool never loads the URL. Once pasted into your site, the iframe contacts its provider, which may collect visitor data. Use only trusted destinations and review consent requirements. HTTP frames may be blocked on HTTPS sites.

The default sandbox blocks scripts, forms, popups, top-level navigation and same-origin access. Allowing scripts weakens isolation; same-origin access stays blocked. Video players may fail under these restrictions. Do not remove sandbox protections without reviewing the provider.

Normal YouTube video/Shorts links and numeric Vimeo video links are converted to iframe URLs. Other URLs are used as supplied. No script embeds or live preview. Providers may block framing through CSP or X-Frame-Options.

Enter an embed URL and a descriptive title.

A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How to use this tool

  1. Enter an HTTP/HTTPS URL and a descriptive frame title.
  2. Choose dimensions, fixed or responsive sizing, loading and sandbox options.
  3. Generate, review and copy the snippet into your page.

Restricted iframe markup

Only iframe HTML is generated. Attributes are escaped; protocols are restricted to HTTP and HTTPS and URLs with credentials are rejected. The default sandbox blocks scripts and same-origin access. The optional script permission does not grant same-origin access.

Embedding has limits

YouTube video/Shorts links and numeric Vimeo video links are converted; other URLs are used directly. No provider script embeds or live preview are included. Providers can block framing with CSP or X-Frame-Options, and sandbox restrictions may stop video players from working.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions

Does generation contact the provider?

No. After you paste the snippet into a site, the iframe contacts its provider, which may collect visitor data. Review the destination and consent requirements before use.

Can I embed any page?

No. A valid URL does not guarantee permission or compatibility. HTTP frames may be blocked on HTTPS pages; provider framing policies and sandbox restrictions still apply.
