A QUICK WALKTHROUGH
How to use this tool
- Paste up to 100,000 characters.
- Extract the visible @mention candidates locally.
- Review, copy, or download the results in first-seen order.
Explicit username character range
A candidate is @ followed by one or more Unicode letters (\p{L}), Unicode numbers (\p{N}), or underscores. The @ marker is included in the output. The marker must not be part of an email-like or already-prefixed token.
Candidate extraction only
Results preserve duplicates and first-seen order. The tool does not contact, resolve, reserve, authenticate, or validate usernames on any platform. Scanning happens locally and input is not uploaded.
GOOD TO KNOW
Common questions
Does it check whether a username exists?
No. It only extracts text candidates and never contacts a platform or account.
Are Unicode usernames supported?
Yes. Unicode letters and numbers are supported, along with the ASCII underscore. Other punctuation, spaces, and emoji do not extend a candidate.
Are duplicates removed?
No. Every match is returned in first-seen order, including repeated mentions.
