How to use
- Enter YYYY-MM-DD or an ISO date-time ending in Z or an explicit UTC offset.
- Choose a locale for the regional display and enter a custom pattern if needed.
- Format and copy the ISO, regional, and custom results.
Explicit date and time input
Accepts a calendar date in YYYY-MM-DD form or an ISO date-time with Z or an explicit offset such as +08:00. Date-only input is treated as midnight UTC. Local ambiguous date strings are rejected.
Regional and custom output
The regional output uses the selected browser Intl locale and the device time zone. Custom tokens use UTC: YYYY, MM, DD, HH, mm, ss, and Z (literal UTC). Escape token letters with single quotes.
Runs locally
Formatting uses JavaScript Date and Intl APIs in this browser. No value is sent to a server.

YYYY year, MM month, DD day, HH hour, mm minute, ss second, and Z literal UTC. Put literal text in single quotes.
What time zone does custom output use?

No. Input parsing and formatting happen locally.
