Two visible heuristics
The extractor matches sentences where a term is directly followed by “is”, “are”, “means”, or “refers to”, then lists repeated capitalized words that were not already defined.
Review before publishing
This is pattern matching, not language understanding. It can miss unusual wording and can include proper nouns or sentence-initial words. Acronyms and synonyms are not resolved.

GOOD TO KNOW
Common questions
Will it find every definition?
No. It only catches the listed direct sentence patterns and repeated capitalized words.
Why is a row missing a definition?
Repeated capitalized terms show their first sentence as context and are flagged for manual writing.
Does it understand synonyms?
No. It matches text patterns and does not infer meaning.
