A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How to use this tool

  1. Paste up to 100,000 characters.
  2. Choose occurrence or duplicate handling.
  3. Review the ordered result and copy it from the page.

Tag grammar

A tag starts with # and is followed by one or more Unicode letters, numbers, combining marks, underscores, or ASCII hyphens. The body must contain at least one letter, number, or combining mark, so a tag made only of punctuation is not extracted. ASCII tags and Unicode scripts are handled by the same rule.

Order and duplicates

Matches are read from left to right. Keep every occurrence to retain repeats, or deduplicate exact spelling or case-insensitively; deduplication keeps the first occurrence order and displayed spelling.

Local processing

Text stays in this browser and is limited to 100,000 UTF-16 code units.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions

Are non-Latin hashtags supported?

Yes. Unicode letters, numbers, and combining marks are accepted, including Japanese, Chinese, and Hindi.

Are hyphens and numeric tags supported?

Yes. ASCII hyphens may occur in a tag, and tags such as #2025-10-07 are valid because they contain numbers.

How are duplicates handled?

You can keep every occurrence, deduplicate exact spelling, or deduplicate ignoring case. The first occurrence determines order and displayed spelling.
