UTF-8 conversion
Text-to-hex uses TextEncoder. Hex-to-text uses a fatal UTF-8 decoder, so malformed sequences are rejected instead of replaced.
Hex input rules
Hex input may contain spaces, commas, and one leading 0x prefix. It must contain complete pairs of hexadecimal digits; odd lengths and non-hex characters are rejected.
Bounded, local processing
Input is limited by the browser workbench to 100,000 characters. Conversion happens locally and no value is uploaded.
