How to use
- Paste one item per line into each list.
- Choose case handling, duplicate handling, and output order.
- Extract items found on exactly one side, then copy or download the result.
Line-based comparison
Each non-empty trimmed line is one item. Items are compared exactly by default; optional case-insensitive matching uses Unicode lowercase forms. Surrounding whitespace is ignored.
Choose duplicates and order
By default, each exclusive item appears once. Turn off duplicate removal to retain repetitions from their original list. Results follow first-list then second-list order or can be sorted alphabetically using the selected locale.
Local and bounded
Both lists are processed in your browser. Each input is limited to 50,000 characters and 10,000 non-empty lines.

Which items are included?
Only items found in one list and absent from the other. Shared items are excluded.
Are blank lines included?
No. Surrounding whitespace is trimmed and blank lines are ignored.
Is comparison case-sensitive?
It is case-sensitive by default; you can choose Unicode-aware lowercase comparison.
