IPv4 Extractor
Paste text to find IPv4 addresses locally. Each octet must be between 0 and 255.
A QUICK WALKTHROUGH
How to use this tool
- Paste text containing possible IPv4 addresses.
- Extract addresses and review the ordered matches.
- Copy or download the result list.
Strict IPv4 bounds
Each candidate has exactly four decimal octets, and every octet must be 0–255. Invalid values such as 256.1.1.1 are skipped. Each octet has 1–3 digits; leading zeros and original spelling are preserved. This is text matching, not network validity checking.
Stable matches
Matches are emitted in their original order, including repeated addresses. No deduplication or sorting is applied.
Local only
Matching runs in the browser. The tool does not access the network, perform DNS lookups, or upload text.
GOOD TO KNOW
Common questions
Are duplicates kept?
Yes. Every valid occurrence is returned in input order.
Does it resolve addresses?
No. It only recognizes text that has the IPv4 dotted form.
Are values outside 0–255 accepted?
No. Any candidate with an octet above 255 is ignored.
