A QUICK WALKTHROUGH
How to use this tool
- Enter six monthly incomes and a three-letter currency code.
- All six values are required and must be non-negative.
- Review total, average, low/high, baseline and each month above the baseline.
Calculation and scope
Average = total ÷ 6; baseline = observed minimum; amount above baseline = total − 6 × minimum.
Limitations
A six-month historical minimum cannot guarantee future income. It does not account for tax or payment timing.
GOOD TO KNOW
Common questions
Why use the lowest observed month?
It shows a historical reference below the other entered months, not a guaranteed future floor.
Does this account for tax?
No. Keep all six values on a consistent gross or take-home basis.
