Cryptographic browser randomness
The generator uses crypto.getRandomValues with rejection sampling, so character selection avoids modulo bias. It guarantees at least one character from every enabled group and applies a cryptographic Fisher–Yates shuffle.
Handle the result as a secret
Passwords are generated and displayed only in this browser page, but anything visible on screen can still be copied, captured, or observed. Store each password in a trusted password manager, do not reuse it, and close or clear the page when finished.

Are passwords sent to a server?
No. Generation runs in your browser and the page does not submit generated passwords.
What does exclude ambiguous characters remove?
It removes O, 0, I, lowercase l, 1, and the vertical bar to reduce visual confusion.
Can I use one password for several accounts?
No. Generate a separate password for every account and store it in a password manager.
