How to use this tool
- Enter one string per line, up to 100,000 characters and 50,000 lines.
- Choose the literal output separator and whether to remove blank lines or trailing Unicode whitespace.

Literal separators with no parsing surprises
Choose no separator, space, comma and space, semicolon and space, spaced pipe, tab, new line, or one to 20 custom literal characters. Backslashes and punctuation in a custom separator remain ordinary text; regular expressions and escape sequences are not evaluated.
Line cleanup stays explicit
CRLF and CR line endings are normalized to LF before splitting. Optional end trimming uses Unicode whitespace rules and never removes leading whitespace. Blank-line removal treats whitespace-only lines as blank even when end trimming is off. If blank lines remain, each one is still an item and therefore creates its surrounding separators. Output is limited to 500,000 characters.

Common questions
Can I join without anything between the lines?
Yes. Choose No separator to concatenate the retained lines directly.
What happens to an empty line?
Remove blank lines is on by default. Turn it off to keep every empty or whitespace-only line as an item, which can produce adjacent separators.
Does a custom separator understand \n or \t?
No. Custom separators are literal. Choose the New line or Tab preset when you need those control characters.
