- Choose one unencrypted PDF up to 50 MB and 200 pages.
- Select all pages or enter page numbers and ranges, then choose an incremental or absolute rotation.
- Create and preview the rotated PDF, then download it locally.
Vector-preserving page rotation
Rotation changes each selected page’s PDF page rotation value. Text, vectors, fonts, images, links, and page dimensions stay in the PDF instead of being redrawn as pixels.
Private local processing
The PDF is parsed and rewritten in your browser with pdf-lib. It is never uploaded, fetched from a URL, or stored by this page.
Focused safety limits
Files must be application/pdf, no larger than 50 MB, and contain at most 200 pages. Encrypted, password-protected, signed, XFA, malformed, or oversized output PDFs are rejected.

Can I rotate only a few pages?
Yes. Enter individual page numbers and ranges such as 1, 3-5. Pages not listed keep their original rotation.
What is incremental rotation?
It adds the chosen quarter turn to each selected page’s current rotation. Absolute rotation sets selected pages directly to 0°, 90°, 180°, or 270°.
Does rotation rasterize my PDF?
No. The page rotation metadata changes while the original page content remains vector PDF content.
Which PDFs are refused?
Encrypted or password-protected PDFs, signed PDFs, XFA forms, damaged PDFs, files without application/pdf MIME type, and files beyond the stated limits are refused.
