List intersection
A QUICK WALKTHROUGH
How to use this tool
- Paste one item per line into each list.
- Choose case handling, duplicate handling, and output order.
- Find the shared items, then copy or download the result.
Line-based comparison
Each non-empty trimmed line is one item. Items are compared exactly by default; optional case-insensitive matching uses Unicode lowercase forms. Whitespace surrounding an item is ignored.
Choose duplicates and order
By default, each shared item appears once. Turn off duplicate removal to retain matching repetitions from the first list. Results keep first-list order or can be sorted alphabetically using the selected locale.
Local and bounded
Both lists are processed in your browser. Each input is limited to 50,000 characters and 10,000 non-empty lines.
