Moving Company Quote Comparison Calculator

Use your own vendor quote and provenance in one currency. Each included component charges billable usage × rate × occurrences; distance basis multiplies usage by move distance in the chosen unit, horizon basis by days, recurring basis by ceiling(horizon/cadence), once basis by 1. Subtract free usage, apply the minimum, then round usage upward by the increment. Optional progressive tiers replace the unit rate and must end in *:rate. Tax applies only to taxable included components. Percentage and fixed discounts reduce taxable and exempt amounts in proportion to their subtotal contributions. Cadence is a positive number of days; partial periods count as a whole occurrence. For distance billing, choose the row rate unit explicitly (km, mi, m or ft). Convert the scenario distance exactly to that unit before multiplying by the declared usage multiplier; the free allowance, minimum and rounding increment use this same distance billing unit. The arbitrary quoted usage-unit text is ignored in distance mode and remains available for other billing bases.
