PDF Annotator
One PDF up to 20 MB and 100 pages. Encrypted, signed, XFA and rotated-page documents are rejected. Preview ink uses up to 1.5 million pixels per marked page and 20 million total; preview pages are limited to 4096 px per side. Only this tool’s marks are erasable. Saved marks are flattened PNG overlays, not editable PDF comments. Existing text remains; rewriting may change metadata. No redaction or signature guarantees.
