Local browser processing
The PDF is read with PDF.js in this browser. It is never uploaded or fetched from a URL. Password-protected, damaged, or unsupported PDFs are rejected with an actionable message.
Bounded output
The input is limited to 50 MB and 200 pages. Each PNG is limited to 40 megapixels and the selected batch to 400 megapixels. DPI changes pixel dimensions and memory use; very large pages may be refused.
PNG limitations
The result is a raster snapshot of each page. Text is no longer selectable, PDF layers and links are not preserved, and transparent page backgrounds are represented by the browser Canvas.

Common questions
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The selected local file is parsed and rendered in your browser only.
Can I download one combined ZIP?
No. This tool downloads each PNG separately so every file remains a real image/png without adding a ZIP encoder.
Why did rendering stop?
The PDF may be damaged or encrypted, or the selected DPI and pages may exceed the per-page or total pixel limits. Reduce the pages or DPI and try again.
Does this perform OCR?
No. It creates page images and does not add searchable text.
