Phishing URL Analyzer

Parse a URL without opening it. The analyzer reports observable syntax clues, never a safe verdict or reputation result.

A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How to use this tool

  1. Paste one absolute URL, up to 10,000 characters.
  2. Choose Analyze URL to parse it locally.
  3. Review each signal and make your own decision; no destination is contacted.

Local syntax inspection only

The tool uses the browser URL parser on text you paste. It does not fetch URLs, follow redirects, inspect reputation or malware databases, load pages, or make a safe verdict.

Signals are explainable clues

Signals can include an invalid or unsupported scheme, punycode labels, userinfo before the host, suspicious delimiter patterns, excessive subdomains, and redirect-like query parameters. Ordinary URLs can contain these patterns too.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions

Does this detect phishing or malware?

No. It only surfaces local URL syntax clues. It cannot establish reputation, intent, malware, ownership, or safety.

Does it open the address?

No. Parsing is local and no network request is made.

What should I do with a signal?

Treat it as a prompt for independent verification. Do not enter credentials or open an unfamiliar destination based on this tool alone.
