How to use this tool

Line-based formatting
The tool applies the exact prefix and suffix to each line that contains a non-whitespace character. Blank or whitespace-only lines remain unchanged, and existing indentation and trailing spaces on non-blank lines are preserved.
Bounded local processing
Text is processed in this browser only. Input is limited to 50,000 characters, each affix to 200 characters, and the generated output to 500,000 characters. No line numbering, quoting, or automatic trimming is applied.

Common questions
Can I use only a prefix or only a suffix?
Yes. Leave either field empty to add only the other value.
What happens to blank lines?
Empty and whitespace-only lines stay unchanged. Other lines retain their original spacing.
Is my text uploaded?
