Inclusive bounded range
Range start accepts 0 through 10,000,000 and count accepts 1 through 500. The generator returns exactly the requested number of primes at or after the start.
Correct small values
Zero and one are handled as non-prime values; generation advances to two when appropriate. Each result is an exact integer.

Is the range start included?
Yes. If the start itself is prime, it is the first result.
What happens for a start of 0 or 1?
Both are non-prime, so generation begins at 2.
