Fixed-direction rectangle math
The estimate uses floor((usable dimension + gap) ÷ (part dimension + gap)) across each axis, then multiplies the two counts.
Scope boundary
It does not rotate parts, nest in 3D, validate a slicer, account for supports or machine constraints, or guarantee print safety.

No. Width stays across and depth stays down.
