Local event helper
The guest list and check-in state live only in the current page session. They are not synchronized or saved to a server. Refreshing clears the list.
QR contents
Generated QR codes contain the check-in base URL with event and guest details in query parameters. Use a URL you control; anyone who scans a printed code can read its contents. This tool does not provide a backend, camera scanner, or multi-device check-in.
Bounded use
Designed for small in-person events and manual check-off. Add guests individually; bulk CSV import and persistent records are not included.
GOOD TO KNOW
Common questions
Will several devices share check-ins?
No. State is limited to this page session.
Can I scan guests here?
No. The tool creates QR PNGs and lets you mark a guest checked in manually.
What does a QR contain?
A URL built from the base URL, event label, and guest name or ID. Do not encode information you would not want visible to someone scanning the code.
