Random Time Generator
Choose inclusive start and end times, set a count from 1 to 100, and generate random times locally.
Enter a valid minute range and count.
1–100 independent samples; duplicates may occur.
A QUICK WALKTHROUGH
How to use this tool
- Enter the inclusive start and end clock times.
- Choose how many times to generate (1–100).
- Generate and copy the resulting HH:MM values.
Minute-level inclusive interval
The interval contains every clock minute from the start through the end, including both endpoints. If the end is earlier than the start, the interval wraps past midnight.
Count and duplicate behavior
Generate between 1 and 100 independent samples. A minute can appear more than once; results are not guaranteed to be unique or sorted.
Randomness limitation
The browser cryptographic random source is used when available. If it is unavailable, the tool falls back to Math.random, which is suitable for casual use but not security-sensitive decisions.
Local processing
Times and results stay in this browser and are not uploaded or stored.
GOOD TO KNOW
Common questions
Are the endpoints included?
Yes. Both the start and end minute are eligible.
Can the range cross midnight?
Yes. An end time earlier than the start is treated as a range through midnight.
Are results unique?
No. Each sample is independent, so duplicates can occur.
