Formula
When the term reaches the discount threshold, discounted monthly rent = monthly rent × (1 − discount ÷ 100); otherwise it equals the entered rent. Recurring charges = (discounted rent + monthly insurance + fee per visit × visits per month) × months. One-time and deposit cash = deposit + pickup/delivery fee. Total cash is their sum; net cost after a full deposit refund subtracts the deposit once.

Common questions
What does the discount apply to?
It applies only to monthly rent, for all entered months, when the entered storage term is at least the threshold. Insurance and access charges are not discounted.
Is the deposit counted twice?
No. It appears once in upfront cash and total cash, then is subtracted once in the full-refund net-cost scenario.
Is this a storage quote?
No. It is arithmetic based on your inputs. Actual charges and deposit refunds depend on the provider and agreement.
