Cost model

Only entered quotes and assumptions are modeled. No service is cancelled; taxes and discounts follow your declared bases. A month is never guessed as hours or days. Setup and other fixed fees occur once per component within the horizon. Duration conversion uses proportional cycles; use an explicit integer count for full-cycle billing. Tax bases include all component fees before or after the chosen discount. Minimum charges and charge rounding are applied after tax.

Tiers: increasing upper:price pairs separated by semicolons, ending *:price. Leave blank for a flat unit price. Bounds apply to the rounded billable quantity.

Scenarios multiply quantity / seats for every component; fixed fees and entered counts stay fixed. Every named scenario is recalculated from the same inputs. In monthly mode, the multiplier changes each monthly price.
