Convert Unicode text to UTF-8 byte tokens and back in binary, hexadecimal, octal or decimal.
Use whitespace between bytes: exactly 8 binary digits, 2 hex digits, 3 octal digits or 1–3 decimal digits per token, with values 0–255. No prefixes, commas or unseparated streams. Limit: 20,000 UTF-8 bytes and 180,000 input characters. Invalid UTF-8 and lone surrogates are rejected. BOM is retained; no Unicode normalization is applied. Empty input yields empty output. Processing is local.
