Use IANA names such as Asia/Tokyo. Browser time-zone data may differ, and DST transitions can create ambiguous or skipped local times.

A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How to use this tool

  1. Enter the source date/time and IANA zone.
  2. List candidate IANA zones, one per line.
  3. Convert and compare the formatted local slots.

Browser Intl conversion

The browser formats the selected instant with its available IANA time-zone database. Candidate names must be supported by the current environment.

DST and environment limits

Local datetime inputs are interpreted by the browser environment before conversion. DST transitions can be ambiguous or skipped, and unsupported zones produce an error. Confirm important times independently.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions

What zone names can I use?

Use valid IANA names such as UTC, Asia/Tokyo, Europe/London, or America/New_York.

Does it book a meeting?

No. It only formats candidate local times.

Why can DST times be uncertain?

Some local clock times occur twice or not at all during a DST transition, and browser behavior can vary.
