How to use this tool
- Enter a frequency from 20 to 20,000 Hz and choose a waveform.
- Set the volume up to the capped 20% limit.
- Click Play to start after a user gesture, or Stop to end playback.
Browser-only audio
Playback starts only after you click Play. The tone is generated in this browser; no audio file is uploaded or saved.
Loudness limit
Volume is limited to 20% to reduce unexpectedly loud output. Begin at a low level and adjust your device volume carefully.

Does it upload audio?
No. This tool creates the tone locally with Web Audio and uploads nothing.
