Explicit time interpretation
Date and time are interpreted either in the browser’s current local time zone or as UTC. No destination time-zone database is used, so the selected interpretation is the source of truth.
Local-only saved settings
Saving stores only destination, date, time, and the selected interpretation in this browser’s localStorage. Nothing is uploaded, and clearing removes that local record.
Simple travel boundary
This is a personal countdown display. It does not fetch itineraries or flight status, send notifications, or run background reminders.

Does it know the destination time zone?
No. Choose browser local time or UTC explicitly; the tool does not infer a destination time zone.
What happens after departure?
The display marks the departure as passed instead of showing a negative countdown.
Where is my trip data stored?
