A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How to use this tool

  1. Paste an absolute HTTP(S) URL.
  2. Optionally enter extra query keys separated by commas or spaces.
  3. Scrub the URL and copy the result.

Conservative filtering

The tool removes a fixed set of common tracking keys such as utm_*, gclid, fbclid, and msclkid, plus exact keys you provide. It does not rewrite the path, fragment, or non-tracking parameters.

Local and bounded

Only one URL up to 8,000 characters and up to 100 extra keys are accepted. Parsing happens in the browser; nothing is sent to a server.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions

Are fragments preserved?

Yes. The URL hash is kept exactly as parsed.

Can I remove a custom key?

Yes. Enter comma- or space-separated parameter names; matching is case-insensitive.

Does it fetch the URL?

No. It only parses text and never makes a network request.
