The QR code contains a vCard 3.0 record with a required formatted name and optional structured name, organization, title, phone, email, website, and address.
Bounded local payload
Each field has a character limit and the complete UTF-8 vCard is limited to 2,048 bytes. The QR image is generated locally on a fixed 768-pixel canvas.
Review before sharing
The QR code contains the contact details you enter. Check the preview by scanning it before printing or sharing it. This page does not upload or save the form data.

A shorter QR payload is easier for phones to scan. The complete UTF-8 vCard is capped at 2,048 bytes.
