vCard to CSV Converter

Basic vCard 3.0/4.0 only; 10 MB total, 100 files and 10,000 contacts. Folded lines and escaped text are decoded. Quoted-printable, base64 and non-UTF-8 encodings are rejected. Other properties and extra phone/email values are omitted. Spreadsheet formula prefixes are neutralized with an apostrophe.
