Formula and units
Days = outcome date − intake date, using the UTC calendar. Average = sum of individual days ÷ record count. Same-day intake and outcome give 0 days.
Scope
Use completed records only. Both dates must be real calendar dates in years 0001–9999 and outcome must not precede intake. Enter one pair per line with no blank lines. This date-only calculation does not measure hours or assess clinical outcomes.
