A bounded baseline TIFF
This converter writes a real little-endian TIFF 6.0 with one RGB image directory per selected page. It uses uncompressed 8-bit samples, no alpha, and a white background for transparent PDF pixels. The output is intended for ordinary baseline TIFF readers.
Raster output boundaries
PDF vectors become pixels and selectable text is not preserved. This version does not provide CMYK, ICC profiles, metadata transfer, LZW, CCITT, JPEG, BigTIFF, or a claim of original PDF fidelity. A per-page 20 megapixel and total 50 megapixel limit keeps browser memory bounded.
Local and private
The PDF is opened with PDF.js from the file you select and rendered in browser memory. No PDF bytes or resulting TIFF are uploaded, fetched from a URL, or sent to a server. Password-protected, damaged, oversized, and overlong PDFs are rejected.

Is this a vector-preserving PDF conversion?
No. Each selected page is rasterized to 8-bit RGB pixels. Text is no longer selectable, and vector objects are not preserved.
Which TIFF features are supported?
The output is an uncompressed, little-endian baseline TIFF 6.0 with 8-bit RGB samples and a single strip per page. It does not claim support for CMYK, profiles, metadata, advanced compression, or BigTIFF.
