Checked static SVG input
The converter reads one local SVG file and parses it as XML before rendering. It requires a finite numeric viewBox and permits only ordinary static drawing and text elements. Scripts, event handlers, styles, links, external resources, entity declarations, filters, masks, clipping, animation, and URL-based paint are rejected so this page does not become an execution or network-loading surface.
A real raster PDF
The checked SVG is rasterized onto a white canvas, encoded as JPEG, and embedded in a standards-based PDF 1.4 file with page objects and a cross-reference table. The download is a real PDF, not an SVG renamed with a .pdf extension. This focused export does not retain vectors, transparency, editable text, fonts, layers, metadata, animation, or source bytes.
Bounded local processing
SVG source is limited to 1 MB. Raster output must be 16–4,096 pixels on each side and no more than 16 megapixels; the generated PDF is limited to 45 MB. These limits keep browser memory practical while the canvas and PDF are assembled locally. No file is uploaded.
