A QUICK WALKTHROUGH
How to use this tool
- Enter the source letters and paste one candidate word per line.
- Choose NFC or NFKD normalization, case handling, and the optional letter-only boundary.
- Find and copy the matching candidates.
Bring your own candidate list
This tool deliberately does not ship or download a word list. It is a local matcher for short inputs and pasted candidates.
Unicode normalization is explicit
NFC preserves canonical composed characters. NFKD decomposes compatibility forms and removes combining marks before comparing. Case handling is configurable.
Boundary filtering is conservative
When enabled, candidates may contain whitespace but every other character must be a Unicode letter. Punctuation and digits are rejected instead of silently stripped.
GOOD TO KNOW
Common questions
Does it know every word?
No. Supply the candidate list you want to search.
Are punctuation and digits ignored?
No. With letter-only boundary enabled they are rejected; otherwise they participate in matching.
Is my list uploaded?
No. Matching runs locally in this browser.
