Right frequency: 210 Hz

Ready. Audio starts only after you click Play.

The frequency difference describes an acoustic effect only. This tool does not claim treatment, focus, relaxation or sleep benefits. A 20% digital gain cap does not guarantee a safe sound level; device and headphone volume still matter. Playback uses Web Audio after your click, stops when the page is hidden, and requests no microphone access. Nothing is recorded, uploaded or exported.
