How to use this tool
- Choose one PDF up to 50 MB and 200 pages.

Defined page placement
A4, US Letter, and US Legal use portrait points. Custom dimensions accept 25–500 mm width and 25–700 mm height. Fit whole page keeps the source proportion and leaves empty space when needed; Fill page crops overflow after scaling to cover the target.
Local PDF re-serialization
The browser reads the selected PDF with pdf-lib, embeds each source page into a new page box, and creates a new standard PDF. This changes page geometry without reflowing text or rebuilding the document’s internal structure.
Limits and document boundaries
Input is limited to 50 MB and 200 pages, with bounded target page area, total working area, and a 200 MB generated result. Encrypted or password-protected files are rejected. Signatures, XFA forms, annotations, links, metadata, layers, and other interactive or source-specific features may not survive re-serialization.
Private browser processing
Reading, resizing, PDF generation, and download preparation happen locally in the current browser. The selected file is not uploaded or sent to a server; temporary PDF data and the download URL are released when the page is left.

Common questions
Does this reflow my PDF content?
No. It places each original page onto a new page size. Text and graphics keep their relative layout, while fit may leave margins and crop may clip overflow.
Which page sizes are supported?
The presets are A4, US Letter, and US Legal in portrait orientation. Custom width and height can be entered in millimetres within the stated limits.
What is the difference between fit and crop?
Fit shows the whole source page and may leave empty space. Crop fills the target page and clips the parts that extend beyond its edges.
Is the downloaded file a real PDF?
Yes. The tool creates a new application/pdf document in the browser; it does not rename the source file.
Are my documents uploaded?
No. The source and generated PDF stay in this browser and are discarded when you leave or refresh the page.
