- Select or drop 2 to 20 PDF files, up to 100 MB and 500 pages in total.
- Use the arrow controls to set the document and page order.
- Merge locally, check the summary, and download the application/pdf result.
Local, ordered page copying
The selected files stay in your browser. The merger reads each accepted source in the visible order, copies its pages into a new document, and returns a real application/pdf download. No source document is uploaded or fetched from a URL.
Strict file boundaries
Choose 2 to 20 PDFs, with 100 MB of source files, 500 total pages, 150 MB output, and 300 MB working memory maximum. Password-protected or encrypted PDFs, damaged files, signed PDFs, and XFA forms are rejected before a new document is created.
Reserialized output
The download is a new PDF, not a byte-for-byte container merge. Page content is copied, but original document metadata, encryption, digital signatures, XFA forms, and some viewer-specific behavior can be absent or changed. Preserve the originals when those features matter.

Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Selection, inspection, page copying, and the download all happen locally in your browser.
Can I change the PDF order?
Yes. Use the up and down arrow controls. Each source PDF contributes all of its pages at its current position.
Why is a signed or password-protected PDF refused?
Rewriting a signed PDF invalidates its signature, and this tool does not ask for passwords or bypass encryption. Remove protection or use the original application that created the PDF when appropriate.
Does the merged PDF preserve metadata and forms?
It preserves copied pages, but it is reserialized. Document metadata, XFA forms, signatures, encryption, and some specialized PDF behavior may not remain.
